LILT seeks experienced Media and Information Services professionals to support an AI benchmarking project focused on Nepali for Indian media. As a Subject Matter Expert, you will create and review realistic scenarios spanning editorial, production, reporting, and content management challenges across newsrooms and digital platforms.

You will design and adapt evaluation rubrics, review AI/human responses for accuracy, and contribute to gold-standard solutions that reflect best practices in Indian

Qualifications

• Native-level Nepali; strong professional English proficiency.
• 5+ years in Media, Broadcasting, Journalism, Content Production, Publishing, or Audiovisual Operations.
• Background in roles like Audio/Video Production, Editing, Journalism, News Reporting, or Broadcast Operations.
• Strong understanding of editorial workflows, production processes and Indian media environments.

Responsibilities

• Design realistic Media and Information Services scenarios in Nepali or English grounded in Indian contexts.
• Adapt structured evaluation rubrics for editorial decision-making, content analysis, production coordination, and communication tasks.
• Review AI and human-generated responses for factual accuracy and editorial quality.
• Contribute to gold standard solutions reflecting best practices across Indian journalism, broadcasting, and content production.
