Job summary

LILT invites experienced Media and Information Services professionals to support an AI benchmarking project focused on Gujarati for Indian media. As a Subject Matter Expert, you will create and review high-quality scenarios covering editorial, production, and content management challenges across newsrooms and digital platforms.

You will work as an independent contractor with flexible hours, no fixed schedule, and competitive rates.

Qualifications

• Native-level Gujarati with strong professional English proficiency.
• 5+ years of professional experience in Media, Broadcasting, Journalism, Content Production, Publishing, or Audiovisual Operations.
• Background in roles such as Audio/Video Production, Editing, Journalism, News Reporting, Content Production, Directing, or Broadcast Operations.

Responsibilities

• Design realistic Media and Information Services scenarios in Gujarati or English grounded in Indian operational contexts.
• Adapt structured evaluation rubrics for editorial decision-making, content analysis, production coordination, and communication tasks.
• Review AI and human-generated responses for factual accuracy, editorial quality, and cultural appropriateness.
• Contribute to gold-standard solutions reflecting best practices across Indian journalism and digital media environments.
