Qualifications

• Native Marathi language skills with professional English proficiency.
• 5+ years of professional experience in Media, Broadcasting, Journalism, Content Production, Publishing, or Audiovisual Operations.
• Background in Audio/Video Production, Editing, Journalism, News Reporting, Content Production, Directing, Broadcast Operations, or Media Management.
• Strong understanding of editorial workflows, production processes, media standards, audience communication, and Indian media environments.

Responsibilities

• Design scenarios in Marathi or English grounded in Indian operational contexts (newsroom coordination, video production workflows, editorial reviews, live broadcast operations, content planning).
• Adapt evaluation rubrics for editorial decision-making, content analysis, production coordination, and communication tasks.
• Review AI and human-generated responses for factual accuracy, editorial quality, and cultural appropriateness.
