Job summary

Kelly is hiring a Medi-Cal Member Agent to support members via inbound calls and occasionally outbound calls. You will be trained to handle provider inquiries and may be cross-trained to answer related questions, transferring calls when needed.

The role is fully remote with a Monday–Friday schedule between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM Pacific, paid training (4 weeks online plus 1 nesting week) and a base pay of $18 per hour. Benefits include 80 PTO hours, 9 paid holidays, and standard company benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of customer service experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with computer software and CRM tools.
• Ability to learn new software quickly and adapt to changing processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills for complex situations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist Medi-Cal members via inbound calls and occasional outbound calls.
• Cross-train to handle provider calls and transfer requests outside scope.
• Provide timely, accurate information and resolve member inquiries.
• Adhere to training and quality standards, track metrics.
