The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's or Master's in Mechanical Engineering, has 6+ years of design experience, and is proficient with Inventor, SolidWorks, or Fusion 360, DFMEA, and DFM/ DFA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or closely related discipline.
• Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in mechanical design and product development.
• Expert proficiency in CAD software (Inventor, SolidWorks, Fusion 360) and simulation tools.
• Experience with DFMEA and DFM/ DFA (Design for Manufacturability/Assembly).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, essential for remote collaboration.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a remote work setting.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and document mechanical components and systems using advanced 3D CAD software.
• Perform complex engineering calculations and simulations (stress, thermal, fluid dynamics).
• Create detailed drawings, specifications, and BOMs for manufacturing.
• Collaborate with remote team members via virtual tools and project platforms.
• Contribute to design reviews with constructive feedback and innovative solutions.
• Ensure designs meet performance, cost targets, and safety/quality standards.
