Job summary

GLOBUS FAMILY OF BRANDS is seeking a Program Manager for Master Data Management (MDM) to lead multi-team delivery in a contract-to-hire arrangement. The role focuses on creating aligned program plans, roadmaps, and governance to ensure successful, globally coordinated initiatives.

The position requires 5–7 years in program management, strong stakeholder engagement, and experience with enterprise platforms like CRM, ServiceNow, ERP or MDM. Remote work with potential travel may be involved.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of program management or PMO experience.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and vendors.
• Experience with governance processes and stakeholder reporting.
• Experience with enterprise platforms (CRM, ServiceNow, ERP, MDM).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute program plans aligned to goals and roadmaps.
• Coordinate deliverables with business and technology teams to maximize value.
• Maintain roadmaps and delivery plans across multiple projects.
• Monitor priorities, budgets and risk mitigation; escalate as needed.
• Provide governance, status reporting and stakeholder reviews.
