Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a Delivery Manager to own end-to-end delivery of a greenfield Syndigo Master Data Management program, including data governance and organizational change management. You will lead cross-functional workstreams, manage sponsors and data owners, and ensure alignment with governance frameworks throughout foundation setup to deployment.

The role requires 10+ years in enterprise delivery, strong MDM experience, and expertise in stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise program or delivery management.
• Experience in MDM and Data Governance programs.
• Knowledge of master data domains: Customer, Vendor, Item, Location.
• Experience leading greenfield data or platform implementations.
• Strong stakeholder, risk, and governance skills.
• Experience with organizational change management.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery for Syndigo MDM, Data Governance, and OCM.
• Lead greenfield implementation from foundation setup through deployment and stabilization.
• Ensure alignment between MDM implementation and enterprise data governance framework, roles, and processes.
• Manage cross-functional workstreams including MDM, integration, data quality, governance, and OCM.
• Act as the primary point of accountability for business sponsors, data owners, and steering committees.
• Oversee change management activities including communications, training, stakeholder engagement, and adoption tracking.
• Proactively identify and mitigate delivery risks, data readiness issues, and interdependencies.
• Manage system integrators, vendors, and internal teams to meet delivery and contractual commitments.
• Enforce delivery standards, design governance, milestone reviews, and release readiness criteria.
• Lead transition to steady-state operations including support handover and operating model readiness.
