Job summary

RED Global is seeking an experienced Senior Mobile Device Management (MDM) Engineer for a 12-month remote contract supporting a U.S. government client.

The role focuses on designing and optimizing enterprise MDM solutions using Microsoft Intune for iOS and Android, within virtualized environments, and delivering secure, compliant outcomes. You will collaborate with government stakeholders on strategy, solution design, and implementation planning, while documenting architecture and best practices

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on Microsoft Intune MDM experience supporting iOS and Android.
• Experience with enterprise MDM architecture, engineering, and solution design.
• Hands-on experience with virtual environments and mobile device streaming technologies.
• Strong troubleshooting skills involving enrollment, management, security, and compliance.
• Experience designing technical solutions and resolving complex infrastructure challenges.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams and government stakeholders.
• U.S. citizenship and eligibility to obtain a U.S. government security clearance.
• Availability for a 12-month contract engagement.

Remote | 12-Month Contract | ASAP Start

RED Global is seeking an experienced Senior Mobile Device Management (MDM) Engineer for a 12-month remote contract supporting a U.S. government client.

This position requires strong hands-on engineering and architecture experience with Microsoft Intune, iOS, Android, and virtual mobile environments. The ideal candidate will have experience designing and troubleshooting enterprise MDM solutions, rather than primarily performing device administration or routine deployments.

• Architect, design, and optimize enterprise MDM solutions using Microsoft Intune for iOS and Android devices.
• Engineer MDM solutions within virtualized environments, including mobile device streaming technologies.
• Troubleshoot complex MDM architecture, integration, and performance issues.
• Develop and implement device compliance, conditional access, and mobile security policies.
• Collaborate directly with government stakeholders on technical strategy, solution design, and implementation planning.

Required Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Hypori or comparable virtual mobile workspace solutions.
• Previous experience supporting government or highly regulated environments.
• Knowledge of mobile security frameworks and compliance standards.
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, and device compliance policies.
• Familiarity with Mobile Application Management (MAM) and application protection policies.

• Work Authorization: U.S. Citizens only; must be eligible for a government security clearance.
