Job summary

Highline Warren, LLC is seeking a remote IT Director specializing in Master Data Management to lead and mature our enterprise MDM practice. You will own the MDM platform roadmap, governance framework, and golden record strategy while mentoring a team of MDM product owners and analysts.

You will set data management standards, guide complex data modeling, and ensure alignment with IT standards across cloud and on-prem environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Management, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in master data management with leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior technical authority on enterprise MDM, with deep expertise in design patterns and golden records.
• Lead design reviews for complex MDM solutions to ensure data quality and architectural alignment.
• Define and enforce MDM architecture standards, data domain modeling, and survivorship rules.
• Own delivery framework and run data governance and stewardship activities across domains.
