Job summary

Recover Together seeks a Staff Provider (MD/DO) to work remotely from Name Linked Tennessee and deliver care via telemedicine. You will manage rapid-access intakes, prescribe buprenorphine/naloxone, and support early treatment with a member-first approach.

You will maintain a patient panel, conduct monthly group visits, and coordinate with other providers to transition patients to maintenance care. The role emphasizes HIPAA-compliant records and cross-market service delivery.

Qualifications

• Physician, Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with active state license in good standing.
• Willing and able to become licensed in multiple other states where Groups operates or will operate soon.
• Willingness to become credentialed with government and private health plans where Groups Recover Together is in network.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to clinical policies and procedures as outlined in manuals.
• Intake medical duties and determine medical necessity for treatment; prescribe buprenorphine/naloxone and other approved meds as needed.
• Maintain regular intake shifts; provide rapid-access telemedicine across multiple geographies.
• Complete intake documentation thoroughly and accurately; initiate MAT during early weeks.
• Coordinate with community providers to support transition of new members.
• Collaborate with colleagues to transition care into maintenance groups.
• Escalate situations to medical leadership; provide maintenance duties for a panel of patients.
• Maintain medical records in compliance with HIPAA and policies.
• Provide makeup groups and 1:1 sessions; participate in on-call rotation for urgent coverage.
• Administrative duties: documentation, sign prescriptions, manage schedule, onboarding support, pilot new initiatives.
