Ryder System, Inc. is seeking MBA graduates for the Finance Leadership Development Program (LDP). You’ll join Ryder as Financial Consultants, taking on significant responsibility to influence business and financial decisions.

Programs match you to a Finance Team area based on experience and interests, aiming to place you with mentors to enhance management and leadership skills. MBA Graduation Date should be Spring/Summer 2027.

Competenze

• Master's degree in finance or related concentration.
• 3+ years of work experience in a finance role.
• Personal initiative and ability to present and interact with management and customers.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to multi-task and support several projects concurrently.
• Advanced MS Excel skills; working knowledge of Word and PowerPoint.

Mansioni

• Support Ryder's business development and operations in costing and pricing activities, including data gathering for costing analyses, pricing/billing strategy analysis, risk-return evaluation, contract review, analysis, and negotiation.
• Provide financial support and advice to operations management to maximize financial performance and establish controls.
• Prepare internal financial reports for executive management.
• Perform monthly analysis of financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flows) to identify trends and variances.
• Contribute to 1- to 3-year strategic planning, capital budgeting, and investments evaluations (acquisitions, tech, leases).
• Support Treasury with capital market analysis to manage debt and investments and relationships with banks.
• Analyze current and potential markets, competitors, and disruptive trends and present findings to Executive Leadership.
