Qualifications

• Master's degree in finance or related concentration.
• Three or more years of work experience in a finance related role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to present and interact with multiple levels of management and customers.
• Ability to multi-task and manage several projects concurrently.
• Advanced level MS Excel skills; working knowledge of Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support Ryder's business development and operations in costing and pricing activities, including data gathering for costing analysis, pricing; risk-return evaluation; contract review, analysis, and negotiation.
• Provide financial support and advice to operations management to maximize financial performance and establish controls.
• Prepare internal financial reports for executive leadership.
• Perform monthly analysis of financial statements to identify key trends and variances.
• Contribute to 1-3 year strategic planning, capital budgeting, and capital investments evaluation.
• Support Treasury with capital market analysis for debt and investment portfolios.
• Analyze current and potential markets, competitors, and disruptive trends; present findings to Executive Leadership.
