Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is recruiting MBA graduates for the MBA Finance Leadership Development Program (LDP) as Financial Consultants. The program is remote, with placements based on experience and interests to help expand management and leadership skills.

Requirements include a Master's in finance, 3+ years in finance, strong presentation and communication abilities, and advanced MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills. MBA graduation should be Spring/Summer 2027.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in finance or related concentration.
• Three (3) years or more of work experience in a finance related role.
• Personal initiative and the ability to present and interact with multiple levels of management and customers.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to multi-task/support several projects concurrently.
• Advanced level MS Excel skills.
• Working knowledge of Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support Ryder's business development and operations in costing and pricing activities, including data gathering and analysis.
• Provide financial support and advice to operations management to maximize performance and establish controls.
• Prepare internal financial reports for executive management.
• Perform monthly analysis of financial statements to identify trends and variances.
• Contribute to multi-year planning processes, capital budgeting, and investments including acquisitions and leases.
• Support Treasury with capital market analysis for debt and investments.
• Conduct market and competitive analysis and present findings to Executive Leadership.
