Qualifications

• Master's degree in finance or related concentration is required.
• Three (3) years or more of work experience in a finance related role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to multi-task and support several projects concurrently.
• Advanced level MS Excel skills and working knowledge of Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support Ryder's business development and operations in costing and pricing activities.
• Provide financial support and advice to operations management to maximize financial performance.
• Prepare various internal financial reports for executive management.
• Perform monthly analysis of financial statements to identify key trends and variances.
• Contribute to strategic planning processes, capital budgeting and acquisitions evaluation.
• Support the Treasury department with capital market analysis for a multi-billion portfolio.
• Analyze markets and competitors and present findings to Executive Leadership.
