As Financial Consultants, you will be entrusted with meaningful responsibilities to influence business and financial decisions. Youll be matched to a Finance team area based on your interests and business priorities, collaborating with seasoned professionals to develop management and leadership skills across costings, FP&A, treasury, and capital markets.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in finance or related concentration.
• Three (3) years or more of work experience in a finance related role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Advanced level MS Excel skills; working knowledge of Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support Ryder's business development and operations in costing and pricing activities, including gathering cost data for costing analyses and evaluating pricing strategies.
• Provide financial support and advice to operations management to maximize financial performance and establish controls.
• Prepare internal financial reports for executive management.
• Perform monthly analysis of financial statements to identify key trends and variances.
• Contribute to 1- and 3-year strategic planning, capital budgeting, and evaluation of investments.
• Support Treasury with capital market analysis for debt and investment portfolios.
• Analyze current and potential markets and present findings to Executive Leadership.
