Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking MBA graduates for the Finance Leadership Development Program (LDP) in Maryland.

As Financial Consultants, participants will gain significant responsibility across costing, pricing, and financial planning activities while rotating into teams aligned with career interests and management priorities. Graduates should have an MBA with a Spring/Summer 2027 completion date, 3+ years in finance, and strong MS Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in finance or related concentration required.
• Three or more years in a finance-related role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Advanced MS Excel skills.
• Ability to present and interact with multiple levels of management.
• Working knowledge of Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support costing and pricing analyses for development of pricing strategies and contracts.
• Provide financial support to operations management to maximize performance.
• Prepare internal financial reports for executive management.
• Perform monthly analysis of financial statements to identify key trends.
• Contribute to strategic planning, capital budgeting, and investments evaluations.
• Support Treasury with capital market analysis for debt and investments.
• Present findings on markets and disruptive trends to Executive Leadership.
