Qualifications

• MBA Graduation date should be Spring/Summer 2027.
• Master's degree in finance or a related concentration.
• Three (3) years or more of work experience in a finance related role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to multi-task/support several projects concurrently.
• Advanced level MS Excel skills.
• Working knowledge of Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support Ryder's business development and operations in costing and pricing activities, including cost data gathering, cost analysis, and pricing strategy evaluation.
• Provide financial support and advice to operations management to maximize financial performance and establish controls.
• Prepare internal financial reports for executive management.
• Perform monthly analysis of financial statements to identify trends and variances.
• Contribute to strategic planning, capital budgeting, and evaluation of investments and leases.
• Support Treasury with capital market analysis for a multi-billion dollar debt and investments portfolio.
• Analyze current and potential markets and present findings to Executive Leadership.
