Qualifications

• Master's degree in finance or related concentration.
• Three (3) years or more of work experience in a finance related role.
• Personal initiative and the ability to present and interact with multiple levels of management and customers.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to multi-task/support several projects concurrently.
• Advanced level MS Excel skills; working knowledge of Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support Ryder's costing and pricing activities for development of costing analyses and pricing strategies.
• Provide financial support to operations management to maximize financial performance and establish controls.
• Prepare internal financial reports for executive management.
• Perform monthly analysis of financial statements to identify key trends and variances.
• Contribute to 1- and 3-year strategic planning, capital budgeting and capital investments.
• Support Treasury with capital market analysis for managing large debt and investment portfolios.
