Ryder System, Inc. is seeking MBA graduates for its MBA Finance Leadership Development Program as Financial Consultants. The program places you in a Finance team based on experience and interests, with senior professionals guiding your growth and leadership development.

You will work across areas such as costing, pricing, treasury, capital markets, and other finance functions. This role emphasizes strategy, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration while developing management capabilities.

Qualifications

Master's degree in finance or a related concentration.
3+ years of work experience in a finance-related role.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
Ability to multi-task and support several projects concurrently.
Advanced level MS Excel skills; working knowledge of Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Support Ryder's business development and operations in costing and pricing activities, including gathering cost data for costing analysis and negotiation.
Provide financial support and advice to operations management to maximize financial performance and establish controls.
Prepare internal financial reports for executive management.
Perform monthly analysis of financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow).
Contribute to 1- and 3-year strategic planning, capital budgeting, and evaluations of capital investments.
Support Treasury with capital market analysis to manage multi-billion portfolios and bank relationships.
Analyze current and potential markets, competitors, and disruptive trends and present findings to Executive Leadership.
