Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking MBA graduates for its Finance Leadership Development Program (LDP) as Financial Consultants. You’ll be matched to an area within our Finance Team based on experience and interests to grow leadership skills.

Expect to tackle strategic finance activities including costing, pricing, FP&A, treasury support, and capital budgeting while partnering with senior management. Spring/Summer 2027 graduation required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in finance or related concentration.
• Three or more years of work experience in a finance-related role.
• Ability to present and interact with multiple levels of management and customers.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication.
• Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support costing, pricing, and financial analysis for business units.
• Provide financial support and advice to operations management.
• Prepare internal financial reports for executive management.
• Analyze monthly financial statements to identify key trends and variances.
• Contribute to strategic planning, capital budgeting, and capital investments.
• Assist Treasury with capital market analysis and debt/investment portfolios.
• Present market and competitive findings to Executive Leadership.
