You will be placed into teams within our Finance Organization based on your interests and the company’s priorities, engaging with seasoned professionals to grow leadership capabilities. Ideal candidates hold an MBA with a finance focus, have 3+ years in finance, and demonstrate initiative, collaboration, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in finance or related concentration
• Three years or more of work experience in a finance related role
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to multi-task and support several projects concurrently
• Advanced level MS Excel skills
• Working knowledge of Word and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Support Ryder's business development and operations in costing and pricing activities, including data gathering and analysis
• Provide financial support and advice to operations management to maximize financial performance
• Prepare internal financial reports for executive management
• Perform monthly analysis of financial statements to identify key trends and variances
• Contribute to short- and long-term planning, capital budgeting, and project evaluations
• Support the Treasury department with capital market analysis for a multi-billion debt and investment portfolio
