Qualifications

• MBA Graduation Date should be Spring/Summer 2027.
• Master's degree in finance or related concentration required.
• Three+ years of work experience in a finance-related role preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Support costing and pricing activities for business development and operations.
• Provide financial support and advice to operations management to maximize financial performance.
• Prepare internal financial reports for executive management.
• Perform monthly analysis of financial statements to identify key trends.
• Contribute to strategic planning, capital budgeting, and capital investments evaluation.
• Support Treasury with capital market analysis for debt and investments.
• Analyze markets, competitors and trends for leadership review.
