Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. invites MBA graduates to join the MBA Finance Leadership Development Program (LDP) as Financial Consultants in Denver.

You will be placed into a Finance team based on your interests and drive to develop leadership skills while influencing cost, pricing, and financial planning decisions. You will work on strategy, FP&A, treasury, and other financial areas, collaborating with senior management to drive performance and sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent in finance with graduation in Spring/Summer 2027
• Master's degree in finance or related concentration
• 3+ years of work experience in a finance-related role
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)

Responsibilities

• Support Ryder's business development and operations in costing and pricing activities, including data gathering, costing analysis, and pricing strategies
• Provide financial support and advice to operations management to maximize financial performance and establish controls
• Prepare internal financial reports for executive management
• Perform monthly analysis of financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flows) to identify key trends and variances
• Contribute to long-term planning, capital budgeting, and projects such as acquisitions, technology, and leases
• Support the Treasury department with capital market analysis for a multi-billion portfolio
• Conduct market and competitor analysis and present findings to Executive Leadership
