Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. seeks MBA graduates for its Finance Leadership Development Program. As Financial Consultants, you’ll support costing, pricing, and strategic financial planning across operations.

You will interact with senior management, contribute to treasury analyses, and help shape capital investments while gaining broad exposure to Ryder’s finance team. This is a remote opportunity designed for Spring/Summer 2027 graduates.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in finance or a related concentration.
• Three (3) years or more of work experience in a finance related role.
• Personal initiative and the ability to present and effectively interact with multiple levels of management and customers.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Support Ryder's business development and operations in costing and pricing activities, including data gathering for costing analyses, pricing/billing strategy evaluation, risk-return assessment, contract review and negotiation.
• Provide financial support and advice to operations management to maximize financial performance and controls.
• Prepare various internal financial reports for executive management.
• Perform monthly analyses of financial statements to identify trends and variances.
• Contribute to annual and multi-year strategic planning, capital budgeting and investments including acquisitions and leases.
• Support Treasury with capital market analysis for a multi-billion dollar debt and investment portfolio.
