The ideal candidate has 3+ years administering Maxio/SaaSOptics/Chargify, strong revenue operations knowledge, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years administering Maxio, SaaSOptics, and Chargify.
• Strong SaaS revenue operations and recurrence billing knowledge.
• Experience with subscription billing, invoicing, revenue recog.
• ERP/CRM integrations experience.
• Advanced Excel for data reconciliation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Able to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and optimize the Maxio platform.
• Review and enhance billing, subscription management, invoicing, and revenue workflows.
• Troubleshoot system issues and data discrepancies.
• Support integrations with ERP, CRM, payments, and reporting systems.
• Develop system documentation and best practices.
• Provide user training and knowledge transfer.
• Analyze existing configurations and recommend optimizations.
• Manage user access, security settings, and audit reviews.
