Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• 3+ years of relevant professional experience or equivalent.
• Experience translating client needs into practical solution components is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Solution Leads by producing analyses, models, forecasts, and documentation for executable solutions.
• Maintain volumetric models, workload forecasts, and staffing calculations.
• Quantify solution impacts and ROI to support decision-making.
• Evaluate alternative solution approaches via structured analysis and scenario modeling.
• Document assumptions, data sources, and constraints for models and analyses.
• Validate feasibility of proposed components by analyzing volumes, workflows, and service levels.
• Build reusable accelerators, dashboards, and templates to scale analytical support.
• Standardize data sources and methodologies across pursuits.
• Prepare intake forms and partner documentation to support solution development.
• Collaborate with operations, pricing, technology, and SMEs to translate client needs into components and materials.
