Job summary

Connections Academy is seeking a Math Interventionist to deliver targeted virtual math support from a home office. You will run small-group and one-on-one sessions focusing on number sense, fractions, ratios, and problem-solving, using data to guide instruction and communicate progress to families.

You will collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to close learning gaps and support growth across essential math concepts in a flexible remote environment.

Qualifications

• Deliver small-group and one-on-one virtual intervention sessions focused on math skills.
• Use diagnostic assessments to identify student needs.
• Develop individualized goals with ongoing progress monitoring.
• Collect and analyze performance data to track growth.
• Maintain records of sessions, goals and outcomes.
• Incorporate digital tools to engage students.
• Collaborate with teachers, admin and families on strategies.
• Participate in data meetings to decide next steps.
• Communicate student progress to families and administrators.
• Must use a personal device and email for authentication.
