Qualifications

• CT Certification is required.
• BA/BS in Education and MA/MS in Education required.
• 3–5 years of math education or intervention experience.
• Ability to interpret assessment data to drive instruction.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead focused math intervention instruction in small groups.
• Develop materials and lesson plans for interventions.
• Analyze data to tailor instruction and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with classroom teachers for planning and delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of scholar progress and intervention hours.
• Communicate with parents about progress and interventions.
