Job summary

Responsibilities

Identify at-risk students based on grades and tests below proficiency.
Develop and implement individual intervention plans to support progression.
Create achievement plans aligned to academic and post-secondary goals.
Provide training to parents of identified students.
Collaborate with math teachers for instructional planning and student achievement.
Proctor state tests and monitor progress as needed.
Support students remotely using LiveLessons and IXL.
Perform other duties as assigned.
