Job summary

Minnesota Connections Academy is seeking a Math Interventionist to support K-12 students at risk of failing courses. Working from home or the St. Paul office, you will analyze data, meet with students and families, and coordinate with teachers to develop individualized plans.

You will travel across Minnesota to meet with students, parents, and learning coaches, delivering targeted interventions and tracking progress to help students stay on track for graduation.

Qualifications

• Identify at-risk students based on grades and test scores.
• Develop and implement individual intervention plans.
• Provide training to parents and collaborate with teachers.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data to identify students at risk of not passing courses.
• Work with students individually or in small groups to support learning.
• Travel throughout Minnesota to meet with students, families, and learning coaches.
• Collaborate with teachers and meet virtually or in person as needed.
• Support students to meet academic and post-secondary goals.
