Job summary

Lancesoft seeks a Material Program Manager (MPM)/Supply Chain Analyst for a remote, long-term engagement. You will be the direct link between internal program management and procurement, coordinating with critical suppliers and cross-functional teams to ensure material availability for Air Traffic Systems products and related solutions.

Key duties include aligning supply chain efforts with acquisitions to secure timely POs, managing strategic suppliers, tracking KPIs, addressing aging purchase

Qualifications

Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 3 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience
2-5 years of experience in supply chain management, procurement, subcontracts, or similar role
2 years of experience with suppliers or supplier management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (VLOOKUP, pivots)

Responsibilities

Strategize, coordinate, and align supply chain efforts with acquisitions to ensure timely PO placement and effective supplier management
Manage key strategic suppliers and host weekly status meetings
Monitor KPIs to maintain program health and supplier performance
Expedite critical material availability to support program and customer deployment
