Job summary

Butler America Aerospace, LLC. is seeking a Material Program Manager to serve as the primary supply chain liaison across internal teams and suppliers for ATS product areas.

This role focuses on material availability, supplier coordination, and program support to meet production and deployment needs. The MPM will engage with procurement, engineering, quality, and operations, representing supply chain in program meetings and driving line-of-balance tracking and forecast publication.

Qualifications

• Requires a university degree and 3+ years in a related field or an advanced degree with 3+ years of experience.
• 2-5 years in supply chain management, procurement, or similar role.
• At least 2 years working with suppliers or supplier management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• U.S. citizenship is required to access program materials.

Responsibilities

• Strategize and align supply chain efforts with acquisitions to ensure timely PO placement and supplier management.
• Manage key strategic suppliers and lead weekly status meetings.
• Monitor KPIs to maintain program health and supplier performance including aging POs and on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with program office, materials management, engineering, and operations to align supply chain with priorities.
• Present supply chain status to internal customers in weekly and ad-hoc meetings.
• Expedite critical material availability to support deployment schedules.
