L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Material Program Management (MPM) Manager in Huntsville to lead end-to-end material strategy and execution, partnering across Program Management, Procurement, Planning, Operations, Engineering, Quality, Finance, and other cross-functional teams.

This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on leadership of a high-performing team to ensure material availability, supplier risk mitigation, and on-time program delivery.

Job description

We’re looking for a Material Program Management (MPM) Manager to play a critical role in driving program success through end-to-end material strategy and execution.

In this role, you’ll be the key Supply Chain leader supporting assigned programs, partnering across Program Management, Procurement, Planning, Operations, Engineering, Quality, Finance, and other cross-functional teams to ensure materials are aligned with program cost, schedule, production goals, and customer commitments.
