Job summary

Infosoft Inc. is seeking a Material Logistics Inventory Specialist for our Power/Energy division to support spare parts, tools, and test inventories.

Remote role with initial 4–6 weeks of onsite training in Cary, NC, then remote work from Raleigh-Durham area for orientation and equipment pickup. You will perform inventory reporting and reconciliation, coordinate with Field Management and service engineers, manage SAP-based counts, and ensure accuracy for annual physical inventories.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree required; BS in Supply Chain Logistics preferred.
• Experience with SAP and inventory management processes.
• Strong reporting and analysis skills for inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Provide inventory management support for CSEs and field teams.
• Perform physical inventory activities annually per accounting guidelines.
• Reconcile inventory across SAP, CSE, and calibration with minimal variance.
• Coordinate with Field Management for inventory counts and issue resolutions.
• Prepare and analyze reports related to inventory and parts.
• Support troubleshooting of inventory discrepancies and errors.
