Job summary

Comrise is seeking an Inventory Management Specialist to oversee consignment, trunk stock and tool inventories for the CX Field organization. You will support field staff with inventory tasks, provide reporting and ensure timely physical counts in alignment with accounting guidelines.

The role requires 5–8 years of experience, proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office, and the ability to coordinate with multiple internal teams.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required; BS in supply chain logistics preferred.
• 5–8 years of relevant inventory management experience.
• Strong SAP and Microsoft Office skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage consignment, trunk stock and tool inventory for CX Field.
• Provide inventory support by phone and online to CSEs and partners.
• Support Customer Administration with errors and billing reversals; serial number issues.
• Coordinate and perform annual physical inventory with Field.
• Reconcile inventory across SAP, CSE, and Calibration with minimal variance.
• Escalate material recounts and follow up on error transactions.
• Collaborate with Field Management and third-party logistics as needed.
