Job summary

Planet Pharma seeks a Material Approval Process (MAP) Specialist to manage the review and routing of promotional and educational materials. You will drive MAP workflows using Veeva PromoMats and coordinate with Marketing, Training, and cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and timely delivery.

Responsibilities include leading multiple projects, facilitating negotiations, tracking progress, and maintaining clear communications with stakeholders under deadlines.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' direct experience in pharmaceutical materials routing and approval for promotional/educational materials.
• Experience with Veeva Promo Mats or other electronic workflow systems is required.
• PM experience managing multiple on-going projects.
• Understanding of commercial print and fulfillment is a plus.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills; solid computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe).
• Customer service focused; able to work independently or in a team under deadlines.
• Strong multitasking and flexible workflow management.

Material Approval Process (MAP) Specialist.*

Most importantly it would be someone who has done MAP (or AdPromo/MLR) and knows Veeva PromoMats.

• Candidate will have minimum 3-5 yrs. direct experience in a Pharmaceutical/Medical materials routing and approval process for promotional and educational materials.
• Experience with Veeva Promo Mats or other electronic workflow management systems is required.
• Requires Project Management experience of multiple on-going projects.
• Commercial print and fulfillment understanding is a plus.
• Excellent Communication, Facilitation and Organizational skills are imperative. Solid computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe etc.) .
• Must be customer service focused.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team to produce quality compliant work under deadline pressure required.
• Strong ability to multitask and respond flexibly to workflow requirements needed.

Job Description: Project management of promotional and educational materials submitted by Marketing and Training departments for review through the MAP review process to ensure all projects are completed accurately, timely and in compliance with all related requirements. Manage and track multiple projects through review process using an electronic submission platform. Schedule and facilitate meetings. Work closely with cross functional teams to conduct negotiation meetings. Candidate must be able to manage multiple project components between several cross-functional areas. Act as neutral facilitator in project negotiations, summarize team agreements and facilitate progress of projects. Prioritize review material with MAP reviewers; communicate status of all projects to marketing via meeting agendas, meeting minute reporting, and calendaring tools. Report the tracking of projects as well as inventory management of their respective products contained within promotional inventory. Act as liaison between all functional areas with a high sense of customer collaboration directed to all partners within those functional areas to ensure all projects are completed.
