Job summary

Allegion in Colorado offers a remote-friendly Master Key Representative 1 role, handling time-sensitive orders and providing technical assistance on master key system designs. You will collaborate with sales, operations, IT and finance to ensure a positive customer experience while meeting company goals.

The position requires 6+ months in customer service or order entry, 3+ months in Schlage/Falcon entry, HS diploma or GED, and strong written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of customer service or order entry experience required.
• 3+ months of Schlage and/or Falcon order entry experience preferred.
• HS Diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and design master key order entry functions within quality metrics.
• Develop understanding of master key solutions for varying customer needs.
• Provide consultation for end users, sales reps, and dealers on key systems.
• Manage service/support interactions to deepen customer loyalty.
• Gather and document service information using CRM tools; use ERP systems for orders.
• Enter incoming customer purchase orders accurately to meet SLAs.
