Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in MarTech, technology operations, coordination, or platform support.
• Enterprise MarTech platform experience.
• Hands-on exposure to Adobe Experience Cloud / AEP; familiarity with AJO, CJA, AEM, Workfront, CRM, or similar enterprise platforms.
• Experience with intake, ticketing, workflow, or service-management processes.
• Strong organizational and process-management skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple requests based on business impact, urgency, and SLAs.
• Strong communication skills across technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage centralized intake for MarTech requests.
• Triage, prioritize, route, and track requests and platform issues.
• Coordinate user access and role-based permissions across MarTech platforms.
• Support quarterly access recertification with IT & Security.
• Maintain governance logs for segments, journeys, sandboxes, and platform usage.
• Help enforce platform standards, naming conventions, and governance guidelines.
• Coordinate governance forums, intake meetings, and cross-functional sessions.
• Track SLAs, request status, adoption, usage trends, and open issues.
• Support UAT coordination, release tracking, and stakeholder communication.
• Maintain documentation, decisions, action items, and operational reporting.
