Job summary

Dale Workforce Solutions seeks a MarTech Platform Engineer to support the client’s Marketing Technology ecosystem during a period of platform and organizational transition. You will focus on technical health, data architecture, and ongoing evolution of the firm’s MarTech platforms.

The role involves integration work with Intapp, CRM, and other enterprise systems, collaborating with Data Engineering and IT to ensure data quality, ETL processes, and scalable solutions across the stack.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years in MarTech/platform engineering or related tech discipline.
• Experience with enterprise applications and integrated technology platforms.
• Experience with data warehouses and data issues investigation.
• Experience supporting integrations, APIs, ETL processes, data feeds, and synchronization.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills; cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support, administer, troubleshoot, and enhance MarTech and BD platforms.
• Serve as technical resource for Intapp and other CRM/BD applications.
• Work with enterprise data warehouses, data feeds, and staging tables to support platform functionality.
• Design, support, and optimize integrations between MarTech platforms and enterprise systems.
• Partner with Data Engineering and IT on ETL, data mapping, transformation, validation, synchronization, and data quality.
• Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines, integrations, and platform issues; perform root cause analysis.
