Job summary

Highmark Health is seeking a strategic MarTech leader to advance the marketing technology stack and AI integration within the Marketing & Experience department. You will manage day-to-day optimization, vendor relationships, and platform roadmaps in collaboration with IT and other stakeholders.

Reporting to the Director of MarTech and Operations, you will drive budget forecasting, resource planning, and continuous improvements across marketing technology, analytics, and data architecture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of MarTech experience including CRM, CDP, and analytics.
• 5+ years in marketing process optimization.
• 3 years data architecture design (data lake/warehouse) and familiarity with ETL processes.
• 5 years integrating MarTech solutions and middleware platforms (CRM, ERP, CDP, Mulesoft, etc.).
• 1 year of experience using AI in marketing context (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead advancement of the marketing technology stack and AI integration.
• Oversee marketing operational strategies, budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
• Develop training and change management programs for MarTech adoption.
• Represent marketing in cross-functional corporate prioritization, operations, and technology discussions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
