Job summary

Stonehenge Health, a California-based health and wellness brand under the Hi-Altitude family, is seeking an experienced Marketplace Manager focusing on Amazon and Walmart to drive growth across online channels. This role requires strategic thinking, deep marketplace knowledge, and hands-on execution across listings, pricing, ads, and launch management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
3-5 years selling on Amazon and Walmart platforms with an e-commerce‑first CPG brand.
Proven track record increasing sales, profitability, and market share on online marketplaces.
Experience leading complex, end‑to‑end projects from strategy to launch to scale.
Experience with inventory management and supply chain coordination.
Strong understanding of LTV and CAC components.
Experience in both FBA and FBM models.
Advanced Excel, data analysis, and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketplace strategies to grow sales, profitability, and brand presence.
Optimize product listings using SEO, A/B testing, and enhanced content.
Implement competitive pricing via data analysis and demand forecasting.
Lead promotional campaigns (Lightning Deals, Coupons, Seasonal Discounts) and analyze impact.
Own Amazon Ads and Walmart Connect campaigns with budget allocation for profitable growth.
Maintain stock levels with supply chain coordination to prevent stockouts.
Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and brand integrity.
