Job summary

Netrush is seeking a Creative Content Manager to bring partner brands to life across digital shelves. You will lead full-funnel creative production for marketplaces like Amazon, Walmart, and TikTok Shop, translating briefs into conversion-focused assets while ensuring brand fidelity and policy compliance.

You will collaborate with Brandrunners to scale creative operations, leverage AI tools for efficiency, and maintain reusable templates for consistent catalogs across many brands.

Qualifications

• 3+ years creating creative assets for ecommerce marketplaces with a proven portfolio.
• Familiarity with Amazon policies and Brand Stores is a plus.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and/or Figma with ability to translate briefs into assets.

Responsibilities

• Produce marketplace-ready creative across the Modern Commerce Playbook for Amazon, Walmart, and TikTok Shop.
• Translate briefs from Brandrunners into conversion-focused assets and manage feedback cycles.
• Ensure marketplace compliance and accurate representations across all assets.
• Adapt creative across multiple marketplaces with mobile-first layouts and GEO optimization.
• Develop and maintain reusable templates and asset libraries for scalability.
• Lead production pipelines, tracking requests, deadlines, and versioning.
