Job summary

Netrush is seeking a VP, Modern Commerce Strategy to chart a brand’s digital retail growth within the Netrush ecosystem. You will set direction for execution, gather brand insights, and guide teams to improve performance across retail platforms, including Amazon US, with a focus on awareness, conversion, and profitability.

In this remote-first role, you will collaborate with MediaPilot and brand executives, manage the P&L, and drive long-term growth across consumer touchpoints.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail strategy, ecommerce, account management, or digital commerce.
• Strong understanding of Amazon or similar retail platforms.
• Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable plans.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• Ability to lead through influence across cross functional teams.
• Strong financial acumen with P&L experience.
• Familiarity with paid media, retail media, and awareness strategies.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Setting the Course for the Brand and Netrush: Establish clear strategic direction for action by internal teams.
• Brand Point of Contact and Insight Owner: Gather and interpret brand insights to guide next actions.
• Modern Commerce Execution and Playbook Facilitation: Lead playbooks for awareness, optimization, and retention across platforms such as Amazon US.
• Collaboration with MediaPilot: Align goals and directional strategy with paid media and measurement.
• Brand Knowledge Owner: Maintain brand/product knowledge for optimization.
• Financial Responsibility: Manage P&L and ensure financial goals are met.
