This is an opportunity for an organized, service-focused professional who enjoys technology, solving problems, and improving processes.

This role may be located in the Washington, DC office working a hybrid schedule or fully-virtual remote from a firm's approved U.S. state.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate contact, company, relationship, and activity data through routine audits, updates, and data quality initiatives.
  • Support the preparation, testing, and distribution of email marketing communications, including advisories, announcements, newsletters, and event invitations. Review content, links, recipient lists, and formatting for accuracy.
  • Manage subscriptions and communication preferences, process profile updates, and investigate email delivery issues.
  • Assist with user onboarding and offboarding, including account setup, access requests, and system updates.
  • Generate reports and contact, event, and engagement lists to support marketing and business development activities.
  • Conduct research and gather data for business development, events, editorial, and alumni initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain CRM training materials, user guides, and other resources that encourage consistent system use and best practices.
  • Help test and implement CRM enhancements, data governance practices, and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with Information Technology and external vendors to troubleshoot system issues.
  • Support special projects and other departmental needs as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with marketing technology, CRM systems, and email marketing platforms preferred; professional services experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with data quality management concepts and practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows-based applications.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
  • Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills, with a helpful, service-oriented approach.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and balance daily responsibilities with longer-term projects.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, take initiative, and follow assignments through to completion.
  • Sound judgment and the ability to maintain confidential information.
  • Flexibility to work additional hours as needed.
