Thryv is seeking a senior leader to drive cross-channel digital marketing strategies, align with client objectives, and oversee a team of Campaign Management and National Optimization professionals. You will collaborate with Client Services and New Business to grow revenue and ensure service quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent, required.
• Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years of related experience.
• Digital marketing experience including SEM, SEO, websites, listings management, social media, display, etc. required.
• Experience working with bid management tools such as Acquisto, Skai, or Marin required.
• 7+ years of related experience, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop cross-channel strategic plans aligned with client objectives.
• Collaborate to onboard, launch, and fulfill custom programs, assisting Campaign Managers.
• Continuously expand knowledge of the digital marketing ecosystem and share updates.
• Support Sales with new business proposals and client pitches as a technical expert.
• Improve efficiency by streamlining proposal and onboarding processes.
• Directly manage and develop a team, including hiring and coaching.
• Set performance expectations and conduct regular reviews for direct reports.
• Serve as escalation point for complex client or campaign issues to ensure timely resolution.
