Thryv is seeking a senior Campaign Management and National Optimization leader to craft cross-channel digital marketing strategies aligned with client goals. You will oversee onboarding, program launches, and ongoing optimization while guiding a team of campaign managers.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Sales, Client Services, and New Business teams, with a focus on revenue growth and high-quality client outcomes. A strong background in SEM/SEO and data-driven decision-making is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent required.
• Degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
• Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Google Display preferred (or ability to obtain).
• 5+ years of related experience required.
• Digital marketing experience including SEM, SEO, websites, listings management, social media, display, etc.

Responsibilities

• Develop cross-channel strategic plans aligned with client objectives and KPIs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to onboard, launch, and post-fulfillment of programs.
• Support Sales with new business proposals and client pitches as a technical and strategic expert.
• Drive operational excellence and streamline proposal/onboarding processes.
• Directly manage and develop a team, including hiring, onboarding, and performance reviews.
• Serve as escalation point for complex client or campaign issues.
