Job summary

Xiting LLC is seeking a Marketing Specialist to build and lead our US marketing from the ground up, collaborating with the EU team. This fully remote role focuses on crafting campaigns, content, and AI-powered marketing to generate demand and leads in the US market.

You will drive strategy, coordinate events, and adapt to trends while working within a distributed international team and reporting to the marketing leadership. Fluency in English is essential, with Spanish a plus.

Qualifications

• Marketing experience in IT or related industries.
• Strong AI affinity with hands-on use of AI tools for content, automation, or data analysis.
• Familiarity with B2B sales topics (outbound, lead generation) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and self-motivated, results-driven mindset.
• Native-level English required; Spanish is a strong plus.
• Solid understanding of the US market; occasional travel.
• Comfortable working fully remote in a distributed international team.

Responsibilities

• Build and drive the US marketing strategy in close collaboration with our EU-based team.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns (outbound & inbound) to build brand and generate demand in the US.
• Create content for campaigns, social media, emails, and landing pages.
• Apply AI tools and automation to scale and personalize marketing.
• Coordinate participation in US industry events, including planning and logistics.
• Track the latest marketing trends and optimize approaches based on results.
• Work with Sales to align marketing activities with sales priorities and support pipeline.
