Job summary

Xiting LLC is seeking a highly motivated Marketing Specialist to build and own our US marketing strategy. You will collaborate with our EU team to drive outbound and inbound campaigns, create content for emails, landing pages and social media, and apply AI tooling to personalize outreach.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Sales, event coordination across the US, and a results-driven, autonomous work style in a fully remote setup.

Qualifications

• Marketing experience, ideally in IT or related industry.
• Strong AI affinity with hands-on experience (AI agents, tooling for content/automation).
• Familiarity with B2B sales topics is a plus, not required.
• Strong communication, initiative and a proactive, results-driven approach.
• Native-level English required; Spanish is a strong plus.
• Solid understanding of the US market; willingness to travel for events.
• Comfortable working fully remote as part of a distributed, international team.
• Independent, structured, and results-driven work style.

Responsibilities

To build out our presence in the Americas, we're looking for a highly motivated, AI-driven Marketing Specialist who understands what works in US marketing today. You'll work closely with our current EU-based marketing team while taking ownership of building our US marketing strategy from the ground up - a chance to grow this market and grow with us as we do.

What you'll take on:

• Build and drive our US marketing strategy, in close collaboration with our EU-based marketing team
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns (outbound & inbound) that build our brand and generate demand and leads in the US market
• Create content for campaigns, social media, emails, and landing pages
• Apply AI tools and new technologies (e.g., AI agents, automation) to scale and personalize our marketing
• Coordinate our participation in industry events across the US, including planning and logistics
• Track the latest marketing trends and technologies, and continuously optimize our approach based on what's working
• Work closely with the Sales team to keep marketing activities aligned with sales priorities and support a healthy pipeline

What you bring:

• Marketing experience, ideally in IT or a related industry
• Strong AI affinity with hands-on experience (e.g., building AI agents, using AI tools for content, automation, or data analysis)
• Familiarity with B2B sales topics (e.g., outbound, lead generation) is a plus, not a requirement
