Bowman Consulting Group, Ltd. is seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our team remotely. The role supports sales and marketing initiatives by producing proposals, creating visually compelling content, and collaborating across functional groups.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of professional services marketing experience, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, and strong writing skills. A bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications is preferred. Competitive benefits provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years professional services marketing experience with emphasis on proposal development.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred; commensurate experience considered.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent writing, editing and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong graphic design and layout capabilities.
• Flexibility to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare proposals in response to RFPs, qualifications and teaming materials for public works and private development projects.
• Develop compelling, visually engaging content that resonates with target audiences.
• Mentor junior staff in design principles, branding and layout best practices.
• Assist business development with prequalification and lead tracking efforts.
• Prepare presentations and assist with interview preparation.
• Produce marketing collateral including brochures and project profiles.
• Create graphics in support of proposals and initiatives.
• Maintain marketing processes and record keeping systems.
• Contribute to graphics library and marketing databases.
