Job summary

Bowman is seeking a Marketing Specialist to support sales and marketing initiatives remotely. You will craft proposals, develop collateral, and coordinate branding across projects while mentoring junior staff in design and layout.

Candidates should have 2+ years in professional services marketing, a degree in marketing or communications, and strong Adobe/Microsoft software skills. The role emphasizes independent work and fast-paced collaboration.

Qualifications

• Two years of professional services marketing experience with emphasis on proposal development.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent writing, editing and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare proposals in response to RFPs and qualifications for public and private projects.
• Develop compelling marketing collateral to support business initiatives.
• Mentor junior staff on design principles, branding consistency and layout.
• Assist business development with lead tracking and prequalification efforts.
• Produce presentations and interview materials; create brochures, project profiles and team resumes.
• Create graphics to support proposals and corporate initiatives.
